The sleepy town of Gloucestershire, England, recently received a seismic jolt when in strolled David and Victoria Beckham, who may be buying a home in the area.
Of course, “home” is putting it modestly. They’re the Beckhams! In fact, it’s an $8 million mansion some are already dubbing “Beckingham Palace.”
Quaintly called Amberley House, the manor—built in 1640—has six bedrooms, six reception rooms, and horse stables (complete with a horse walker) on 22 acres of rolling Cotswold countryside. In other words, there’s plenty of room for their four kids to learn to bend it like Beckham.
