Get to Know Mike Harper
Mike is a San Pedro native and has lived on the Peninsula for most of his life. He attended San Pedro High School and graduated from CSU, Chico with a B.A. in English.
Mike has consistently been a top-producing agent in the South Bay and within Keller Williams PV Realty, his previous brokerage of over 18 years. In 2023, Mike and Peter Hazdovac formed HH Coastal Real Estate, an independent local brokerage.
Mike’s success in helping sellers and buyers achieve their goals is attributed to exceptional personalized service, use of cutting-edge marketing & Internet technology, networking with other top agents, a win-win negotiation philosophy, ongoing education, and a solid knowledge of the San Pedro and Palos Verdes Peninsula real estate market.
Mike has served on the Board of Directors for the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of Realtors® for over 7 years. In addition to serving as the 2021 President, he serves on various committees and has held the position of Secretary and Treasurer. Mike was responsible for the Broker of Record duties in his KW office of 180+ agents from 2018 through 2020. He holds the Palos Verdes Specialist designation and is a member of the California Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.
Mike is active in the community where he lives and works. When he is not enjoying time with his family and friends, Mike often spends his time exercising and watching sports. Mike and his wife Jackie have two boys that attended the Palos Verdes School District.
