The Balboa Highlands tract in Granada Hills is a historic group of homes by mid-century developer Joseph Eichler. Even among the other notably significant residence, this 1964 A-frame house in the swanky community certainly stands out. Walls of glass, an atrium, and polished concrete floors are some key features of the five-bedroom, two-bathroom pad designed by A. Quincy Jones (and, we assume, his usual partner for projects in the tract, Frederick Emmons).
