Once you get past the whole committing-to-a-30-year-mortgage issue, there are homes across the country that are priced less than a new Tesla. (Just in case you were deciding between a new home and a new Tesla.)
Sure, it’ll take a bit of compromise to find your dream home for less than $75,000, but true love requires us to make little deals to get through each and every day. And a compromise that puts you under a roof of your own just feels nicer.
