This week’s most-clicked homes on realtor.com® taught us a few things.
The most popular home forced us to become familiar with a type of sale we hadn’t seen before. The cute red farm atop our list is going up for sale as an absolute auction. At the end of the auction (on Oct. 30), the winning bidder of the farm in Virginia will acquire the property outright. Let’s hope the winning bidder also has a riding mower to groom the 62 acres of land.
We also learned that actor Jimmy Stewart’s Beverly Hills home was demolished sometime in the ’90s to make way for a mansion. That luxe home in 90210 is now on the market and finished at No. 9 on this week’s list.
